She is Board Certified orthopaedic microvascular surgeon focused on the treatment of orthopaedic injuries to the hand, wrist and upper extremity.  Dr. Kinchelow was previously associated with the Jackson Health System and Miami International Hand Surgical Services where she specialized in trauma and arthritic conditions of the hand and wrist.

She graduated from Michigan State College of Human Medicine in 2000 and went on to complete her Orthopaedic Residency and Hand and Microsurgery Fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in Newark, NJ. Her research has been in the area of infected nonunions, distal radius fractures and malunions, metacarpal fracture fixation and thumb metacarpal base fractures.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University in Durham, NC. Though a New Jersey native, Dr. Kinchelow spent time living, studying and volunteering in Bolivia, France, and Costa Rica before, during and after her college years.  She speaks Spanish fluently and takes care of patients in Plantation, Miami Lakes and our new Davie office.
